Description
As a minimum, we require a yearly organisation-wide employee engagement survey.
We also require the option of pulse surveys for either whole or targeted at individual directorates or other defined groups of our organisation as and when required.
As potential value add we'd also like to scope the having the same on brand, aligned mechanism to provide:
- Ongoing employee entry and exit surveys, aligned to the key elements of employee engagement
- The provision to build and administer 360-degree behavioural feedback surveys
