Description
NHS Hammersmith and Fulham CCG ('the CCG') invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit tenders to deliver a new Employment and Wellbeing service. The service will span primary and secondary care meeting the social, employment and wellbeing needs of people with mental health problems. It is expected that the service will be:
• Available to all, irrespective of mental health issue (SMI or CMI); and is also
• Available to all, irrespective of setting
The CCG anticipates awarding a contract for 3 years to the appointed provider with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the CCG's discretion. The CCG requires contract commencement from as soon as possible and at least from September 2018. The maximum value of this contract will be circa £2,500,000 over 5 years and full details of the finances can be found in the ITT documentation.
The Services to which this Procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations"). As such, the procurement of the Services is being run as a bespoke, single-stage application process akin to the Open Procedure. NHS Hammersmith and Fulham CCG does not intend to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations, save those applicable to Schedule 3 services. This opportunity is also being advertised in OJEU.
