Description
Reside With Progress (RWP) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete refurbishment works on one of their properties 2 Bedford Road, Fulwood, Preston. RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following;
• Associated plumbing and M&E services alterations
• Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property
• General building works
• Associated external works

Site visits will be organised for Monday 19th Feb 1-2pm.
