Description
Birmingham Children's Trust is joining the national Regional Adoption Agency (RAA) Programme which began in 2015. The Trust is developing a collaborative arrangement with a Voluntary Adoption Agency (VAA) to establish and co-deliver the RAA, to deliver the complete range of adoption functions across the Birmingham region - adoption recruitment, matching and support functions. This collaboration between a Trust and a VAA partner to deliver an RAA, is the first of its kind and signifies a new and innovative way of working. The combined strengths of the partners are expected to create opportunities for innovation, greater efficiency, high quality services and improved outcomes for children and families.
The Trust and the VAA are working together to mobilise the new arrangement including developing a clear and distinctive brand identity and website that reflects the values and ethos of the RAA. The Trust and the VAA are looking for a provider to develop brand guidelines and create the brand identity, develop and secure stakeholder agreement to a name and logo for the RAA, develop a website - in line with brand guidelines and provide website hosting, support and maintenance.
This contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing 25th October 2021 until 24th October 2024.
The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
