Description

Under this commission the Supplier is required to provide Design and Engineering Services to assist Highways England deliver its Smart Motorways Programme. Due to the varying maturity of projects contained within SMP, and new projects entering the Programme, the commission will span all stages of the project lifecycle. The Supplier will actively support the respective HE Project Managers and Sponsors to achieve the required Smart Motorways Programme and individual Project outcomes and milestones.
