Description

We will appoint a supplier who can work with us in developing and delivering our Corporate Development Programme for soft skills development over a three year period. We want to encourage our staff to 'Learn to Learn' and take the lead on their own career development with their line manager. We anticipate the value of the contract to be no more than GBP 600,000, though this is subject to change and the GMC makes no commitment to spending this value. The GMC has in the region of 1200 employees, each of which will attend one of more workshops over the life of the contract.
