Description

The University has freehold and leasehold interest in numerous properties around Canterbury, Medway and Tunbridge Wells. The Governance and Legal Services team at the University currently use the same law firm for a range of property matters. Despite this good relationship, the University would like to explore the possibility of working with a different law firm in terms of the provision of certain property advice.
