Description
This project is to deliver an estates refurbishment programme to 43 dwellings in Meir Square. Six of the dwellings are listed with the Conservation Department, requiring planning permission. Unitas Stoke-on-Trent Ltd are the Principal Contractor for this project.
Where required, dwellings will receive renewal of the existing main roof covering, replacement lead flashings, replacement of all rainwater goods and external building plastics, replacement of timber entrance doors with composite, new GRP canopies, renewal of extractor fans, security lights and smoke detectors, renewal of existing pvc/pebbledash cladding with EWI system, pointing repairs. All to be completed together with the replacement of any associated sundry items that will require removal and reinstallation to facilitate the installation.
