Description

This ITT is to provide a Professional Catering Service provision to The Ferrars Academy in Luton, Bedfordshire.
The School is looking for a Catering Partner who will genuinely care about the food it serves and the Catering Team they employ.
The creation of vibrant dining experience will underpin the success of the partnership by using fresh foods, delivering great service and morally do the right thing for the stakeholders of the School.
Investment to the service would be considered but is not essential.

Caterers must have experience in providing a quality food service provision to Infant/Primary Schools. A strong local management presence within the area and the ability to provide local purchasing will be very important.

Menus that comply to the Soil Association Bronze accreditation would considered as a given, with the aspiration for the Silver accreditation as a short term goal.

So a catering partner is sought who can tailor menus and create memorable dining experiences that engages all School stakeholders will be an essential requirement.
