Description

The design, manufacture and installation of an EBSD upgrade to existing Gallium Focused Ion Beam (Ga-FIB).
The UKAEA wishes to procure an Electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD) detector and associated hardware and software for use on a Thermo Fisher Helios 600i (SN: 9921923) Gallium focussed ion beam instrument at the Materials Research Facility at Culham Science Centre.
