Description

The existing toilet block at Earlham Park Norwich has been flagged as requiring investment due to deterioration beyond economic repair. Norwich City Council have decided that the most economical solution would be to remove the existing block and replace with a new, more modern equivalent modular unit which will reduce future maintenance costs and improve the overall appearance of the park.
