Description
Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to carry out works to include upgrading facades and replacing windows and panelled sections below, at Blocks 1-6, 7-12, 13-18 Higher Road Camelford, under a JCT minor works contract.
The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
