Description
Leicester City Council (Council) wishes to appoint a single provider to enter into a contract to supply, install and maintain an Event Ticketing System or alternatively provide this as a service to deliver the same outcomes for De Montfort Hall (DMH) located at Granville Rd, Leicester LE1 7RU
The Council is interested in understanding the market, and whether vendors can supply all (our preferred option) or one of the components / modules we are looking to replace (which we are not adverse to) As a principle the council is embracing digitalisation of as many services as possible.
Before commencing a formal tender process, the Council is keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field and/or those that may have experience of providing this as a service as an alternate approach. - The information provided will be used to help inform and shape the requirements in our specification and the approach to take.
