Description
The Council has received funding from ERDF and the Local Enterprise Partnership to fund a range of projects to reduce carbon emissions in the Borough. This programme is referred to as Low Carbon Barrow. As part of Low Carbon Barrow, the Council is seeking to make improvement that will lead to carbon reductions in its public buildings. An upgrade of the various BMS will contribute to this objective.
