North East Lincolnshire Council is procuring a replacement contract for building cleaning (that includes periodic cleaning as and when required) (Lot One), and window cleaning (Lot Two) with its partner Lincs Inspire Limited (LiL) for properties identified within two property portfolios. Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one or both Lots. The contract is expected to commence on 1st October 2015 and shall be effective initially for a period of 3 years. There is a further possibility of 2 x 12 month extension periods depending on performance and ongoing need.
