The County Council wishes to procure the following work package:
Re-roofing of the school in 3no phases as noted below and shown on the attached drawing.
Phase 1 - Summer 2019
• Replacement of gutter around former courtyard in leadwork.
• Retiling of 4no. roof slopes adjacent in concrete tiles
Phase 2 - Summer 2020
• Retiling of 4no. roof slopes in concrete tiles
