Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon wish to invite organisations with the appropriate skills, experience, procedures and financial standing to submit a quotation for Scaffolding at 2-32 Albert Road, Yiewsley / West Drayton, UB7 8ER

Specification of work requirements
1. Supply scaffolding with single lift just below soffit and gutter level to maisonettes 14 to 24
2. Fit tin hat to cover maisonettes 14 to 24.
3. Monoflex to be fitted to the whole lift on all sides up to the tin hat level
4. Supply chute for removal of damaged roofs tiles at the front of each maisonette
5. All scaffold poles to have full foam protection applied and secured so it cannot be removed
6. Kick boards are to be fitted to the lift and with 3 gates to access each area to be worked on.
7. No ladders to be fitted to prevent unauthorised access to the damaged roofs
8. Scaffold to be alarmed
9. Site hoarding fencing is to be installed to stop the public reviewing internally areas are to be fitted at the front of the 3 maisonettes to keep the site secure, access areas are to have chain
and padlock provided to LBH, the area needs to be large enough to allow for site setup for remedial works to commence, make allowance for an area as below image
10. All scaffolding is to have weekly inspections carried out and this is to be allowed for within the price
11. Period of hire will need to be a minimum of 6 months
