Description

Contractor Responsibilities
- Regular Services
o Contractor will be responsible for all maintenance activities to be carried out by professional Representatives.
- Trained Personnel
o Contractor shall use only trained personnel directly employed and supervised by the Contractor.
- Regular Inspection
o Contractor shall make regular monthly visits (12 visits per year) to service the equipment
o and make all adjustments necessary to keep the equipment in good condition.
- Spare Parts
o When repairs or replacements are necessary, Contractor will use spare parts which are Suitable for the equipment. Three (3) quotes are to be presented and subject to approval by the Corporate Services team for every new spare part purchase during the contract period. Prompt Attention to Calls
o Any call will be responded within 48 hours (calls can be made by phone, fax or email). One.
(1) Emergency call per month over the 12 regular visits will be free of charge. In case of
Emergency calls that exceed the 1 free visit per month, Authority will pay for every visit at the rate indicated in Section 3 - Schedule of Prices and Rates.
- Reports
o Contractor will provide the Authority a report on the result of maintenance activities
Immediately after the visit. Recommendations to replace of spare parts must be included in the contract.

- Limitations
o Contractor will be responsible only for the equipment in the list provided below.
o Contractor will not be responsible for failure of the equipment due to misuse of the

o All maintenance activities must be carried out exclusively by the Contractor's personnel or with Contractor's approval and supervision.
