Description

The London Borough of Barnet (LBB) seeks to procure a contractor to deliver Hard and Soft Landscape Works to Southern Square, Bristol Avenue, Colindale NW9 4EW
The Contract is for a fixed period 6 months subject to break clauses and rectification delivery.
LBB requires the Landscape Works at Southern Square to be mobilized and commenced w/c 22 June 2020 (on the 8th week of the material procurement lead-in of circa 12 weeks). It is envisaged the construction phased works would be approx.13 weeks. The contract will be until the successful completion of the specified works.
