Invitation to Tender for extension works to the Community Hub, Melbourn
Melbourn Parish Council is inviting tenders in relation to the proposed extension to the Community Hub, 30 High Street, Melbourn, SG8 6DZ.
Works to include extending and improving the Melbourn Community Hub, upgrade and reorganisation of the internal layout, with the creation of some additional meeting room and storage space:
- Creation of second meeting room on ground floor.
- Extending meeting room on first floor.
- Provision of toilet on first floor.
- Extending and improving staff facilities on first floor.
- Creation of two floor storage in foyer area.
Please contact the Clerk to Melbourn Parish Council for the full specification, drawings and supporting documents. The work includes some modifications to the existing internal space.

Please ensure that the name of your company and the elements of the project being tendered for are clearly noted on the envelope. TENDERS SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Please note that the Parish Council is not obliged to accept the lowest tender. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
