Description

A dedicated Micro Focus support engineer for MoD to use as the main focal point for all IdAM and Directories (NetIQ) product related issues. The support engineer would provide Authority with expert advice on updates and patching, conduct regular, emergency and as-required incident resolution and reviews liaising with the Micro Focus development, product management and Authority account teams.
