Homes England Core Software Solution - CCS RM6194 - Lot 1: Back Office Software
The programme vision for modernising and replacing some of the existing legacy systems and supporting business process improvements is:
To implement a cloud-based solution that best meets the current and future business needs of Homes England, which provides optimal return on investment.
The needs of Homes England and optimal return on investment, will be measured by the critical success criteria outlined below:
Ease and speed of changes in HR and Finance functionality in response to changing business needs
Automated operations to enable low cost and resilient performance
Providing business insight driven by service planning and demand management
Low total cost of operations when compared to value provided
Empowering and inclusive for users and stakeholders
The programme objectives are to provide HE with a modern core software solution that will:
Provide a fit for purpose and well-integrated Cloud Solution to bring together Finance, HR and Payroll functionality in a modern, scalable platform with the necessary capabilities to support HE on its transformation journey.
Provide the essential End to End core business processes and services within the corporate workstreams.
Enable one version of the truth by using a single cloud-based solution across a wide range of business processes and functions. This will also remove the need for cottage industries and local solutions.
Provide self-service for all colleagues with clear workflow and processes.
Improve data quality, data sharing and data security.
Enable better accountability for managers via a sense of professionalism, ownership of any problems and where to find the answer to resolve them.
Improve user experience by eliminating manual, repetitive processes, and workarounds through integrated, streamlined and automated processes.
Provide improved Business Intelligence and support the creation of End to End, real-time Management Information Reporting.
