Description
The works consist of the demolition of the existing garages, foundations and hardstandings and erection of a single 7 storey building consisting of 34nr 1 & 2 bedroom units (incorporating wheelchair accessible units) and 2nr 3 bedroom houses with associated car parking, storage units, scooter stores, bin stores, cycle stores and community amenity spaces.
The Contract will be the JCT Design and Build 2016 incorporating Dacorum Borough Council amendments.
