Brief Description of Requirement

UK Research and Innovation are looking to establish a Contract for the Design & Build (Enabling Works) for a New Facility at the Harwell Campus.

The project is split into two phases which, subject to approval, may be run in series.

Phase 1 - RIBA 0 to RIBA 2 incl. critical survey work

Subject to approval:

Phase 2 - RIBA 3 incl. planning application and enabling works

Please note you will be required to complete and return the Non-Disclosure Agreement in the attachment section in order to be able to gain access to the documentation for this procurement. The NDA shall be returned via the Delta eSourcing Portal.

This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
