Description
The University of the West of England, Bristol, runs several European Regional Development Funded (ERDF) projects. Each of these projects has an evaluation requirement known as Summative Assessment (SA).
We are looking for an external consultant to undertake the SA on our Innovation Enterprise Programme (IEP). IEP started on 1 Jan 2017 and closes on 31 Dec 2019. The contract for this programme was signed prior to SA guidance being issued and therefore does not have the standard 1% budget allocation (approximately £11,000 exc VAT has been set aside).
IEP has 2 streams of activity:
- R&D grant funding for SMEs in the West of England (known as Innovation4Growth [www.innovation4growth.co.uk]);
- Incubation space for recent graduates (known as Launch Space [https://www1.uwe.ac.uk/about/enterprise/launchspace/aboutlaunchspace.aspx])
The University will work alongside the consultant to identify all appropriate data and contact to IEP beneficiaries.
Applications must demonstrate knowledge of ERDF Summative Assessment and have experience of undertaking this, or similar work, for other projects.
Please submit details of your relevant experience (in the form of a CV or similar). Please also provide us with your proposed fee for delivery of the above contract.
Please email this to kathryn2.sensier@uwe.ac.uk no later than midnight on Sunday 1 September.
