Description

The Council is appointing a Managed Service Provider to manage a supply chain of agencies. The Managed Service Provider may not itself supply any Temporary Agency workers but instead managed a supply chain to provide Temporary Agency Workers to fulfil bookings. The Managed Service Provider shall be permitted to utilise associated or subsidiary companies as a source of supply of the Services.

The Council has appointed Comensura as the Managed Service Provider through the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) framework for the Managed Service for Temporary Agency Resources (MSTAR2).

The length of the contract is for two years with the option to extend the contract annually for a further two years. Therefore, if all extensions were taken, the full length of the contract would be for four years. The start date of the contract is 04/12/2016
