Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
The Council is publishing this PIN to make the market aware that the Council wishes to establish a framework of up to five construction contractors to construct up to 29 units over a four year period.

The initial contract will be for the first 3 buildings (6 units), estimated to be worth c£11m in construction value. The Contractor that wins this tender will be awarded the initial contract and those placed in the top 4 or 5 in the evaluation will be awarded places on the framework agreement. Future contracts will be awarded via a further competition process between the framework members.
