Description

Chichester District Council is inviting organisations to tender for the complete refurbishment of five covered circular brick with glass block public access towers with internal steel spiral staircases over three parking decks at the Avenue de Chartres multi-story car park, Chichester. The staircases link the pedestrian footways to the ground, intermediate and upper parking decks. All five towers are located on the North elevation of the car park and are decorated internally to colour coordinate the parking bays and internal pedestrian aisles. The works are to be coordinated with a series of major structural repair, electrical and general refurbishment contracts awarded by the Council.
