Description

The Project will undertake data collation and analysis from a wide range of sources to quantify the scope 3 (indirect) greenhouse gas emissions of food and drink consumed in one borough in London, using the PAS 2070 methodology. The outputs of the Project will be used to inform GLA policy on food and future environment strategies.
