Description

This is a direct award contract through G-Cloud 10 CCS Framework no RM1557.10.

Summary of Work - Defence Medical Security Accreditor/Capability Developer (SAC)
The SAC shall produce Technical development work to include security and JSP604 accreditation to enable Tempus Pro data transfer over MoD and Civilian bearers, and data connectivity for up to 100 Tempus Pro devices to Force Elements @ Readiness. To provide Technical support for the establishment of Response Centres.
Specific objectives are:
• Continuation of SAC activity in FY19/20 including SAC support to JSP604 activity.
• Develop Codes of Connection (CoCo) for connections for TP to military basebands.
• Develop Target of Accreditation for RLI-based Corsium Suite using MedIS 1U Server.
• Limited support to capability development events including TSI generation.
Essential Skills and experience:
• Recent experience providing Security Accreditation Co-ordinator services to a Defence Communications project.
• Be a ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• Be a member of CISSP
• Experience as a SIRA

Summary of Work - Business Analyst
The medical device is fully accredited for standalone information storage. The Business Analyst will be required to develop this documentation, with the help of the project team, to achieve approval for network connectivity.
Specific objectives are:
• Undertake JSP604 compliance activity on behalf of Authority, for Amazon Web Services-hosted Corsium.
• Advise on ISS approvals and scrutiny process, including liaising between multiple ISS project teams.
• Manage up to 6 capability events.
• CONUSE, use case and User Requirements Document development, including two hosting solutions.
• Future Med IS (CORTISONE) coherence activity.
Essential Skills and experience:
• Recent experience producing a full requirements document set for a UK Defence communications project.
• Experience of data flow analysis, IER production and architectural mapping to facilitate JSP 604 accreditation.
• Experience of utilising Agile Business Analysis methodology.
• Clear understanding of current UK tactical and strategic data basebands/bearers.
