Description

The NHS organisations of Hertfordshire and West Essex STP are seeking to procure a single provider to deliver its Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) for approximately 20,000 staff.
The Supplier shall provide access to a range of experts and mental health professionals and must provide a service that meets confidentiality, recognised standards and will underpin the services with robust clinical governance.
The Contracting Authorities are:
- West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust
- East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust
- Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust
- Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust
- Herts Valleys CCG
- East and North Hertfordshire CCG
- West Essex CCG

The Supplier shall provide support to Contracting Authorities Personnel over the full range of work related or personal matters that may impact on workplace performance and seek to resolve those issues where possible.
Core requirements must include an Online Portal, telephone triage and Support Services which shall include advice and support, management support Services, face to face counselling Services including therapeutic intervention, case management, policy guidance and trend management; health and wellbeing promotion and awareness and publicity and promotion.
The Services shall be available to all Contracting Authorities Personnel and their dependants and relatives including those working remotely, both in the UK and travelling overseas and provide sufficient flexibility of approach to accommodate different organisational.
