Description
Warrington Borough Council (The Council) is looking to commission an organisation to provide infrastructure support services to the voluntary and community sector (also known in Warrington as the third sector, and referred to as such in this document herein). The third sector in Warrington is defined as 'organisations that provide social or environmental benefit and operate on a 'non-profit' basis. The term covers voluntary and community organisations, faith organisations, volunteering bodies, charities, some registered social landlords, social enterprises as well as some co-operatives, trusts and mutual.
