Description

This opportunity is to seek one Contractor who can provide the Works at Berkeley Park Apartments, to modify existing building with 50 apartments to a new accommodation layout of 43 apartments, to make good and certify for use. Further details are provided in the Prelims, published as part of the Tender Pack / Employers Requirements (and its associated drawings).

Tender bids shall be structured into one lot with priced elements and the successful organisation(s) will be determined as the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, in terms of the criteria of Price (80%) and Technical / Quality (20%).

The property works will be commissioned on one contract with 1 section..

The Invitation to Tender is released with the Employers Requirements as part of the tender pack. The indicative start date is the beginning of March 2017 for proposed 4 weeks Works as detailed in the Tender Pack.
