The Department of Health and Social care is conducting a market engagement exercise to gain insight into the liquid milk market in England and Wales, with a particular focus on the milk supplied to early years childcare settings. The aim of the exercise is to give potential bidders an opportunity to view and comment on a potential future opportunity and will enable the DHSC to gain further insights into the supplier market and market dynamics.
