Description

The Council requires a supplier for the provision of creating a Media Plan for Reopening High Streets Safely Consumer Marketing Campaign.

Birmingham has been granted funding under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for Reopening High Streets Safely Fund to support the safe reopening of high streets and other commercial areas. A proportion of this funding is to develop a communications and public information campaign to ensure that reopening of local economies can be managed successfully and safely. We are currently in the process of developing an economic recovery campaign for the city and require a campaign delivery media plan which will drive footfall to all 12 Business Improvement Districts (BIDs).

Breakdown of 12 areas:

1. Retail BID
2. Colmore BID
3. Southside BID
4. Westside BID
5. Jewellery Quarter BID
6. Acocks Green BID
7. Erdington BID
8. Northfield BID
9. Sutton Coldfield BID
10. Harborne BID
11. Kings Heath BID
12. Soho Road BID

The primary objective of this media plan is to get extensive exposure and engagement of the campaign messaging for all 12 Business Improvement Districts. The media plan must drive footfall to the relevant areas and also relay safety messages.

Campaign from 1st December 2020 - 24th December 2020
