Description

The scope of the work is to remove waste, fixture and fittings from site, remove in an appropriate manner all of the asbestos, erect a hoarding to the site perimeter and demolish the existing building on the site. The works will include backfilling any void with salvaged masonry once crushed, and levelling the site to provide a uniform and even surface to the site finishing flush with the surrounding path and road surfaces. The site is level and the existing brick dwarf wall will be retained to the front and side, a new perimeter fence is to be erected and localised tarmac and drainage works. In addition, a single skin structure is to be erected on the adjacent site - works will include full supply and installation, including associated services.
