Description

The project will set up young person's mentoring scheme to work with young people who have been referred into the Gangs Process in Kirklees. These young people are either at risk of gang activity or are currently known to us for being involved in gang violence. The mentors will work with the young people using specialist approaches in order to reduce gang/violent occurrences.
