Description

The Central Landscape Contractor Framework is for the provision of General and Specialist landscape works to cover the Central hubs (consisting of the following 4 areas: West Midlands, East Midlands, Lincolnshire & Northamptonshire and East Anglia).
The framework will cover tasks including but not limited to the following:
Arboricultural works, earthworks, site preparation, including the use of herbicides in or near rivers and tidal waters for the control of invasive species. Hard landscape works including paving, fencing, construction of timber structures. Soft landscape works including the supply and planting of aquatic plants, trees, shrubs and other plants, especially of UK native provenance, seeding of grasses and wildflowers in sensitive locations and associated maintenance works over a period of up to five years.
Arboricultural works, earthworks, including the reprofiling of river channels and banks and associated floodplains. Site preparation, including the use of herbicides in or near rivers and coasts for the control of invasive species. Reptile and general fencing, bioengineering including the supply and fixing of pre-planted coir rolls and planting mats. Soft landscape works including the supply and planting of aquatic plants, trees, shrubs and other plants, especially of UK native provenance, seeding of grasses and wildflowers in sensitive locations and associated maintenance works over a period of up to four years.
