Description

The Council wishes to procure a new housing management solution that will be used to manage and support the following business areas:
•Reporting
•Tenancy Management including ASB
•Rent, Arrears and Service Charge Processes
•Repairs
•Voids and Lettings including Garages
•Asset Management
•Contact Management including Complaints
•Right to Buy and Right to Buy back
•Leasehold Management, including Section 20 processes

The new system must be a fully supplier-hosted system based on open technologies enabling interface/integration with other systems, both in and outbound.
