Description
The project involves the removal of the exiting concrete post and concrete panel southern and western Boundary fence to Ramsgate Arts Primary School and replacement with new concrete posts and timber panel fence. Work to be completed in sections form the school side and will involve liaison with 31 number adjoining owners.
The successful contractor will be appointed as Principal Contractor under CDM 2015.

Appointment of contractor will be based on the criteria to be published in the tender documents, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the following split: Qualitative assessment [50%] / Quantitative assessment [50%].

approximately £148,000. In line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 the End User requires the annual turnover of potential bidders to be not less than twice the expected contract value.
