Description

Biggleswade Traveller site - New development on vacant land.

To design and build 11 new plots for local traveller community and 1 management office. Site to be cleared and levelled, ground works to be undertaken to form access road, plots to be formed, utilities and drainage system installed. 12 no. timber framed or prefabricated blocks to be erected on site and connected to new utility supplies. Site to be landscaped including planting of trees, perimeter fencing etc.

Target contract commencement date: 25th July 2017 tbc

Contract term: 29 weeks
