Description

The Council requires a Development Infrastructure Requirements Refresh (DIRR) study.
The DIRR study is required to assess whether infrastructure requirements for the area and land uses set out in a previous report need updating in the light of changes in the targets for the area and the latest development proposals, including validation of existing infrastructure projects, identification of any gaps and assessment of project status and timetable. This should include transport infrastructure, public realm, open space, social infrastructure and utilities provision. A review of programme costs is a core element of the commission together with an assessment of project cost confidence and application of appropriate risk contingency.
