Description
A) Supply & install new AHU plant, ductwork, bracketry, insulation all as per drawings.
B) Ensure all AHU works are installed as per DW142, DW143, DW144, DW145, & DW154 as applicable. Please also see the Mechanical Specification for further details.
C) Included for all manual lifting, mechanical lifting with associated lifting plan and all access equipment necessary to carry out the full installation of all the works in connection.
D) Include for access doors in accordance with DW144, as per standard spec.
E) Fire dampers to be fitted as required.
F) Main electrical supplies to be carried out by others, any equipment, local controllers to be wired & installed by the winning contractor.
All BMS connections to be wired by others.
G) Include for any builders work in connection.
H) All supply ductwork to be insulated with class 'o' foil faced duct wrap.
I) Carryout full commissioning of the systems in accordance with CIBSE guide 'B'
J) Carryout air balancing to the systems
