Early Market Engagement focussed on Service Management providers to inform the commercial approach to the MOD's Digital Transformation programme, centred on engineering, asset and inventory management. This RFI is focused principally on companies that manage the ongoing planning, support, maintenance, reporting, upgrade and continual service improvement of key software support services. They must be able to work alongside the System Integrator and fully integrate with the organisational transformation.
