Description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council are looking to procure a range of items for a 'Digital Room' in its new cultural hub, The Amelia Scott. The requirements are listed across 5 tabs in the pricing schedule provided, titled 'Appendix A - Cost Submission'.

The Council's preference is to contract with a single provider for these requirements, but we reserve the right to engage multiple contractors if this provides better value.

Tenderers are required to submit pricing for all elements of the cost schedule, including the optional items. However, the Council reserves the right to accept or decline the optional items according to our budget.
