B. This requirement is for a new Havering Education Brokerage framework agreement to provide educational supplies. This is expected to be used primarily by education establishments in Havering which are listed in Attachment 1 Current Brokerage School List (subject to change) to be able to draw upon the services agreed and stipulated. It is envisaged that other neighbouring Education Establishments outside of Havering, some of whom are currently buying into the Havering Education Brokerage Service as shown in Attachment 1 Current Brokerage School List, as well as other schools that may buy in at a later or future time, may also use the framework.

This requirement is for the renewal of a multi-supplier framework agreement for Educational Supplies comprising of a maximum of four suppliers.
The requirements under this framework agreement include the combined purchase of:
- Education supplies such as exercise books, art supplies, exercise paper;
- Janitorial products such as washroom supplies, toilets rolls, refuse sacks;
- Personal protection equipment (non-medical) such as hand sanitiser, anti-bacterial wipes, masks, safety clothing, first aid kits; and
- Office stationery like pens, notebooks, rulers, office and board paper and presentation items.
Suppliers should be able to offer software to Education Establishments to achieve an integrated system where online orders can integrate with the education industry's leading financial systems including (but not limited to) PS Financials, SIMS FM.
