Description
Winchester City Council (the 'Council') is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisationto provide building services engineering design for a new sport and leisure facility in Winchester. The sportand leisure facility has an estimated construction value of circa 30 000 000 GBP and forms part of a widersports park. It will include (subject always to feasibility and financial viability) a 50 m swimming pool togetherwith ancillary wet and dry facilities. The proposed facility is situated on a greenfield site on the edge of the Cityof Winchester adjacent to residential areas and the M3 motorway near the South Downs.
