Description

The Commissioner is seeks a Provider to supply an ongoing programme of smoking cessation support and advice services to residents of the East Riding. The programmes must be structured as per teh model attached and easily accessible to the residents of the East Riding of Yorkshire additionaly the successful provider must be able to ensure seamless Service User transition between this and the Tier 3 service. it is possible during the life of the contract that some money will be made available to help support the service during national and local stop smoking campaigns however this will be negotiated outside of the contract.
