Description

The Employee Relations (ER) Tracker is a crucial tool for managing and monitoring employee relations cases within the organisation. It aims to streamline the process of tracking grievances, disciplinary actions, performance issues, and other employee-related matters. This project is essential for ensuring compliance with HR policies, improving case management efficiency, and providing accurate reporting and analytics. A budget of £35,000 has been allocated for the one year contract term (2025-2026).

The ER Tracker should be a comprehensive, user-friendly system that allows HR professionals to log, track, and manage employee relations cases. The system should include the following features:
• Case Management: Ability to create, update, and close cases with detailed information on each case.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on case status, trends, and outcomes. Provide dashboards for quick insights.
• Notifications and Alerts: Automated notifications for case updates, deadlines, and reminders.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
• Integration: Seamless integration with existing HR systems and tools.
• User Access Control: Role-based access to ensure that only authorized personnel can view or edit specific cases.
Service Delivery / Product Requirement
Procurement of an employee case management solution, Assure HR Case. This is a bespoke, cloud based system built around our policies and processes to give confidence that all cases remain compliant and on track so cases can be solved quick, reducing admin burden and the risk of tribunals by using automated workflows.
HR Case will allow our HR policies to be at the front and center allowing the HR team to meet the standards and timeframes we have set internally.
Real time reporting and insights will give us greater visibility on all cases and the ability to create custom reports that are retrievable in minutes.
