The Council is seeking to procure the services of a framework of Independent Tenant and Leaseholder Advisors in order to support the Council in its ambitious objectives for regeneration in the borough, including the delivery of new homes, employment places and services. The nature of the regeneration, which is largely focussed around the borough's estates, has the consequence that current social rent tenants, resident leaseholders and other residents are decanted to new properties, or are otherwise affected by the regeneration programmes.
